We are looking for a proactive HR Executive to manage HR operations along with recruitment and staffing business functions, including client acquisition and client management.

This role requires a balance of people operations and business-facing recruitment capabilities, contributing directly to organizational growth.

๐Ÿ”น Key Responsibilities

  • Manage employee lifecycle: onboarding, documentation, attendance, and exit processes
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle (sourcing to closure)
  • Handle employee engagement and basic grievance management
  • Source candidates via job portals, references, and professional networks
  • Screen, shortlist, and conduct initial candidate evaluations
  • Coordinate interviews and ensure timely closures
  • Handle offer discussions and salary negotiations
  • Work on IT and Non-IT hiring requirements
  • Support client acquisition for staffing services
  • Understand client requirements and deliver relevant candidate profiles
  • Manage client communication, follow-ups, and feedback
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships
  • Maintain candidate pipeline and recruitment trackers
  • Share regular hiring updates and reports

๐Ÿ”น Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 2โ€“6 years of experience in HR Operations
  • Experience in Recruitment/Staffing, including client acquisition and management
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes
  • Good knowledge of HR practices and compliance
  • Strong communication, coordination, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work in a target-driven, fast-paced environment

  • Experience in a staffing/recruitment agency environment
  • Exposure to IT hiring
  • Familiarity with HRMS / ATS tools
