We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Staffing Specialist (Senior Recruiter) to lead end-to-end recruitment activities across IT and Non-IT hiring mandates. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced staffing environment, possesses strong sourcing and stakeholder management capabilities, and can efficiently drive hiring closures while maintaining an excellent candidate experience.

The role offers significant exposure to staffing operations, client engagement, and business growth initiatives, with the opportunity to work closely with the founders and leadership team on strategic hiring and expansion initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition

  • Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for contract and permanent hiring requirements
  • Source and attract quality candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, professional networks, and referrals
  • Conduct candidate screening, initial evaluations, and interview coordination
  • Ensure timely closures while maintaining quality hiring standards
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future requirements

Stakeholder & Client Coordination

  • Collaborate with hiring managers and clients to understand business and technical requirements
  • Act as the primary point of contact between candidates, clients, and internal teams
  • Manage candidate communication, follow-ups, and offer negotiations
  • Support client acquisition initiatives and maintain strong client relationships
  • Ensure a seamless and professional recruitment experience for all stakeholders

Recruitment Operations

  • Maintain accurate recruitment data, ATS records, and hiring trackers
  • Share regular hiring updates and recruitment status reports
  • Support onboarding coordination and joining processes

Key Deliverables

  • Timely closure of open positions
  • Successful client acquisition and retention
  • Strong candidate pipeline and hiring efficiency
  • High-quality stakeholder and candidate experience

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 3–6 years of experience in recruitment/staffing
  • Strong experience in IT hiring; exposure to Non-IT hiring is an advantage
  • Expertise in sourcing techniques, including Boolean search and LinkedIn recruitment
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple positions in a target-driven environment
  • Familiarity with ATS and recruitment tools is preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
