Overview

We are a growing technology startup delivering SaaS products, Software Development, Digital Transformation, and IT Services solutions. We are looking for a motivated Business Development & Growth Specialist to generate leads, conduct product demos, build customer relationships, and drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate leads through LinkedIn, email campaigns, networking, referrals, and outbound prospecting.
  • Build and manage the sales pipeline from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Conduct discovery calls, product demonstrations, and customer presentations.
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and commercial offers.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams on growth initiatives.
  • Maintain CRM records, sales forecasts, and pipeline updates.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Required Qualifications

  • 3–6 years of experience in SaaS Sales, Software Sales, IT Services Sales, Business Development, or Inside Sales.
  • Proven experience generating leads, conducting demos, and closing B2B deals.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS products, software development services, digital transformation, and IT services.
  • Experience with LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns, digital marketing, and demand generation.
  • Ability to independently manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closure.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Experience using CRM, sales automation, and AI tools to improve productivity.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently, take ownership, adapt to changing priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and focused on delivering measurable business results.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience selling SaaS products, Software Development Services, Cloud Solutions, Managed Services, or Digital Transformation solutions.
  • Familiarity with HubSpot, Zoho CRM, Salesforce, Apollo, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Experience working with startups and international customers.
