Full Stack Developer (React + Django + Python)

Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Engineer to develop and scale modern web applications using React + Django + Python architecture.

The role involves working across frontend, backend, APIs, and cloud infrastructure, with a strong focus on performance, scalability, and security in a fast-paced product environment.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain scalable web applications (frontend + backend)
• Design and implement user-friendly UI using React
• Build robust backend services and REST APIs using Django
• Integrate third-party services and APIs
• Optimize systems for performance, scalability, and security
• Collaborate closely with the Founder, product, and design teams
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code
• Conduct code reviews and enforce best practices
• Troubleshoot, debug, and enhance existing systems
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle (SDLC)
• Leverage AI/vibe coding tools to accelerate development

Required Skills & Qualifications

Technology Stack

• Frontend: React (Vite), HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript
• Backend: Django + Python
• Database: MySQL / PostgreSQL
• Cloud & Deployment: AWS / Azure
• DevOps & Tools: GitHub, Docker, CI/CD
• Authentication: JWT / OAuth
•  Experience with RESTful APIs and API integrations

 Soft Skills

• Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking
• Good communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, ownership-driven environment
• Comfortable working directly with leadership/founder

Good to Have

• Experience with ERPNext and Frappe Framework (customization, workflows, apps)
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions preferred)
• Knowledge of microservices architecture
• Exposure to monitoring/logging tools (Sentry, CloudWatch, etc.)
• Understanding of scalable SaaS systems
• Experience with Next.js or similar frameworks
• Experience using AI-assisted/vibe coding tools (GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Cursor, etc.)
