Job Summary
Morphosis Business Services is looking for a Senior ERPNext & Python Full Stack Engineer who will lead ERPNext implementations, drive solution architecture, perform advanced customizations, and mentor developers. The role also involves contributing to internal products developed using the Django framework.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end‑to‑end ERPNext implementation projects for client organizations.
- Analyze business processes and design ERP workflows and system architecture.
- Configure and implement ERP modules: Accounting, Sales, Purchase, Inventory, and HR.
- Develop custom applications using the Frappe Framework.
- Design advanced customizations including DocTypes, workflows, reports, and automation.
- Develop REST APIs and backend services using Python and Django.
- Lead integrations between ERPNext and third‑party systems.
- Guide and mentor junior developers and implementation consultants.
- Ensure performance, scalability, and security of ERP deployments.
- Participate in solution architecture and technical decision making.
