Dentoze is the operating system for modern dental practices, bringing appointments, charting, Insights, treatment planning, prescriptions, billing and WhatsApp into one system, with Dentoze Co-Pilot, our AI assistant for clinical documentation and decision support. Built for clinics in India and international markets.
We’re hiring our first clinical product hire to own the dentistry inside Dentoze.
What you’ll own
- Dentoze Co-Pilot. Be the clinical authority on our AI — define what it should do, review its output for clinical accuracy and safety, and set the standard for what a dentist would actually put their name to.
- The clinical roadmap. Decide what we build next across charting, diagnosis, treatment planning, procedure catalogue, prescriptions, recall and billing — and write the functional requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria our engineering team builds from.
- Release quality. Nothing ships without your sign-off. You test every release against how clinics actually run.
- Demos worldwide. Present Dentoze to practitioners and clinic owners in India and abroad — dentist to dentist, in clinical language.
You are
- BDS/MDS (or equivalent) with recent clinical practice, ready to move from the chair into product
- Experienced in owning or managing a clinic — you understand the business as well as the dentistry (strongly preferred)
- A confident presenter with excellent spoken English, comfortable demoing over video to international audiences
- A structured writer — you’ll be documenting requirements, not just describing them
- Genuinely interested in how AI changes clinical workflow, and rigorous about where it shouldn’t be trusted
