Morphosis Business Services (“Morphosis”, “we”, “us” or “our”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose and safeguard personal information when you:

• visit morphosisbs.com or contact us through it;
• engage us for our Workforce, Advisory & Delivery services, including talent acquisition, recruitment process outsourcing (RPO), workforce solutions, GCC & offshore enablement, payroll, delivery and managed services;
• apply for a job with us or are put forward as a candidate to one of our clients; or
• use Edunez, our AI-powered school ERP, including the web office portal, the Parent, Teacher and Driver apps, Edunez Copilot and AI Insights.

This policy covers both our website and our services. Section 6 explains the specific way we handle school, student and parent data inside Edunez.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Information you provide

We collect information you provide directly to us, such as when you:

• fill in a contact form, book a meeting or an Edunez demo, or chat with us on the website;
• subscribe to our newsletter or communications;
• contact us for support or inquiries;
• apply for a role or share your CV;
• sign a contract for our services or an Edunez subscription.

This information may include your name, email address, phone number, organization or school name, job title, postal address and any other information you choose to provide.

2.2 Candidate and workforce information

When you apply for a job, or when we source candidates for a client, we may process your CV, employment and education history, skills, current and expected compensation, notice period, location, references and interview notes. For workforce and payroll engagements, we may also process the identity, bank, tax and statutory information needed to engage and pay the people concerned.

2.3 Information collected automatically

When you visit our website, we automatically collect certain information about your device and usage, including IP address, browser type, operating system, referring URLs, pages visited, access times and engagement metrics. We use cookies, web beacons and similar technologies to collect this information.

2.4 Information processed in Edunez

Schools that use Edunez store school, student, parent, staff and transport records in the platform. Section 6 describes this information and how we handle it.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• provide, maintain and improve our services and the Edunez platform;
• respond to inquiries, arrange demos and provide customer support;
• assess candidates and match them to roles, for our own hiring and for our clients;
• administer workforce, payroll and managed-services engagements;
• process transactions and send related information;
• send service updates and, where permitted, marketing communications;
• analyze website usage and trends;
• protect against fraud and enhance security;
• comply with legal obligations and resolve disputes.

4. Information Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell, trade or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share your information with:

• Service providers who help us run our website and business, such as hosting and cloud infrastructure, scheduling (Calendly), website chat (tawk.to), email, SMS and WhatsApp messaging, and payment providers. They may use the information only to provide their services to us.
• Clients, when you are a candidate or workforce member and we put you forward for, or deploy you on, an engagement with them.
• Your school, if you are a parent, student or staff member using Edunez; schools control who within the school can see what.
• Group companies, including Morphosis Technologies Private Limited, where they help us build, host or support our services.
• Law enforcement or government agencies, when required by law.
• Other parties in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of all or part of our business, subject to this policy.

5. AI Features

Edunez includes AI features such as Edunez Copilot, AI Insights, the AI Assistant, timetable and lesson-plan generation, fee forecasting and student analytics. These features process the school’s own records to give answers, suggestions and insights to authorized school users.

AI output is an aid to decisions made by people at the school; it does not make decisions about students on its own. Schools should review AI suggestions before acting on them. AI features may rely on third-party AI service providers, which process the data only to provide those features to us.

6. Edunez: School, Student and Parent Data

6.1 Our role

When a school uses Edunez, the school decides what information is collected about its students, parents and staff and why. The school is the data controller (the “data fiduciary” under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023). Morphosis acts as the school’s data processor and processes that information only on the school’s instructions and under our agreement with the school.

6.2 What schools may store

Depending on the modules a school uses, this may include admission and enrolment details, attendance (including biometric attendance from connected devices), exams, marks and report cards, homework, fees and payments, transport routes and live bus location, health or disciplinary notes the school chooses to record, and messages between the school and parents.

6.3 Children’s data

Edunez processes information about children because schools use it to run their operations. Schools are responsible for obtaining any consent required from parents or guardians. We do not use children’s data for advertising, and we do not track or profile children for marketing purposes.

6.4 Requests from parents, students and staff

If you want to access, correct or delete information held about you or your child in Edunez, please contact your school first. We will support the school in responding to your request.

6.5 When a subscription ends

When a school’s subscription ends, we return or delete the school’s data in line with our agreement with the school, except where we must keep it to meet legal obligations.

7. Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure or destruction, including role-based access controls and automated backups in Edunez. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

If a personal data breach occurs that is likely to affect you, we will notify the affected school or individuals and the relevant authorities where the law requires it.

8. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as necessary to provide our services, fulfil legal obligations, resolve disputes and enforce our agreements. Candidate information is kept for as long as it is useful for current or future hiring, unless you ask us to delete it. You can request deletion of your data at any time, subject to applicable legal requirements.

9. International Transfers

We serve organizations and schools in many countries. Your information may be processed in India and in other countries where we or our service providers operate. Where we transfer personal information across borders, we take steps to protect it as required by applicable law.

10. Your Rights and Choices

Depending on where you live, including under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and, where it applies, the EU and UK General Data Protection Regulation, you may have the right to:

• access your personal information;
• correct inaccurate or incomplete information;
• request deletion of your information;
• opt out of marketing communications;
• request data portability;
• withdraw consent at any time;
• nominate another person to exercise your rights; and
• raise a grievance with us, and complain to your data protection authority.

11. Cookies and Similar Technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies to run the website, remember preferences, provide website chat and understand how the website is used. You can control cookies through your browser settings, though disabling them may affect how the website works.

12. Third-Party Links

Our website may link to third-party websites and services, such as Calendly and LinkedIn. We are not responsible for their privacy practices or content. Please review their privacy policies before providing personal information.

13. Children’s Use of Our Website

Our website is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children through it. If we learn that a child has provided us with personal information through the website, we will promptly delete it. Children’s information in Edunez is handled as described in Section 6.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the “Last updated” date at the top of this policy. Your continued use of our website and services after an update means you accept the updated Privacy Policy.
